Envious of Entertainment in Manchester?

Manchester is a city full of fun vibes, with many sources of entertainment available; varying from bowling alleys to nightclub, theatres to rock-climbing centres. You’d be spoilt for choice in city of Manchester!

At the Manchester PrintWorks Cinemas, which has an IMAX facility too for the best film experience, there are always plenty of films for all ages. So what’s on now?

  • “Daddy’s Home” (rating 12A) – starring Will Ferrell, a hilarious film about a stepdad trying to get his stepchildren to call him dad but then, their biological father returns…
  • “Joy” (rating 12A) – starring Jennifer Lawrence, a story about a woman who founded their family business empire.
  • “The Good Dinosaur” (rating PG) – what if the world had never evolved and dinosaurs still existed?


If you don’t enjoy watching things on a full screen, then why don’t you book some seats for a live performance on stage? At the Royal Exchange Theatre, a fantastic, modern building which is a great place for all ages to go to. Just recently, “Into The Woods” came to the theatres, a mix of fairytales with a dark twist. From the 21st January- 13th Febraury, the production of “Wit”. Book some seats and have a brilliant time watching a performance at the Royal Exchange Theatre!

If you are more adventurous, venture out to the industrial side of the city to Trafford and make a chilling visit to the Chill Factore. Experience the thrilling rush of adrenaline and you ski down the UK’s longest indoor ski/snowboard slope. It is a perfect day out for a family who love audacious activities; go for a snowboarding lesson or climb the 12m wall, there’s Mini Moose Land for all the littlies to have fun in the snow and the Snow Park where adults and children alike can experience thrills and spills as they can spin, slide, ride and race!

 So with all these choices and many more, why don’t you take a trip to Manchester and have an incredible time?
